Who We Are
Adore-A-Bullie Paws and Claws was born from the passion of a small group of individual rescuers. We were overwhelmed with sadness for the large number of companion animals surrendered to the NYC shelter system each day and felt we needed to do something to help.
Our goal is to develop a network of experienced fosters who can prepare shelter animals and strays for life in a forever home. We seek to find the most appropriate match for each companion animal to minimize returns and ensure happy tails.
Furthermore, we hope to increase awareness about shelter animals and responsible pet ownership through community education. We also aim to decrease the number of homeless animals through our spay/neuter assistance program.

Dog of the week
Meet Snoop! He was pulled off death row with minutes to spare! He is a total sweetie with a heart of gold! He is about 5 years old, adores people both big and small, gets along with other dogs, and has lived with cats! He is the total package!
Cat of the week
Ruby is a beautiful, laid back girl who loves to be loved! She is about 3 years old and was abandoned by her original owner as she was already spayed when we found her. She enjoys the company of other cats but prefers a home without canine companions.
